A dentist bought an old house to move his residence and practice to the new location after a complete remodeling of the premises
We were contacted early in the construction process, which allowed us to work in line with the construction crew with the structured cabling when the framing was being done, and to come back after the drywall was installed and painted to finish. The main systems were: Network connections for the office and the house, the fire alarm panel, announcers and pull stations, the camera system, the Wi-Fi antennas, along with a speaker system for the office, and a smart camera doorbell for two locations.
 
 
 
A business wanted to install a camera system, to be able to monitor it remotely over the Internet.
A Digital Video Recording (DVR) camera system was installed, and a port in the router was opened to remotely connect to the cameras from anywhere in the world.
This is a demo, not the actual camera.
A Non-Profit organization wanted to communicate better with its members by sending announcements to its membership using SMS and MMS messages to their cell phones
A campaign was registered with the cell phones providers and a system was put in place to send the simple and multimedia messages to more than 2,000 contacts using a third-party provider, tracking the delivery of each message, to obtain the land lines, disabled numbers, and active numbers. This effort was combined with an online newsletter to communicate timely with its members.
A client needed to be able to read license plates of the vehicles outside of his business, even at night, and he contacted us for help.
The camera system was upgraded to allow two 8 MegaPixel cameras to be used outside. They featured dual-system illumination for 24/7 color and maximum sharpness. The app was installed on his phone to allow him to see (and zoom in) the cameras from any location.
 
An auto shop and AAA towing service lost access to all its client information in a computer system that had more than 10 years worth of data, when a malfunction corrupted the database. The most recent backup was from three years ago.
The system used a FoxPro (dBase) database inside that was repaired, all the system was reindexed and packed and the system came back to normal. Later, the system was migrated to a newer system: Automotive Expert with no information loss.
An office required a sound system installed
After checking the layout of the office, and after determining the optimal positions for the speakers, a solution consisting in three drop-ceiling mounted speakers with an advanced amplifier were wired and installed. This allowed them to have their own music atmosphere inside the office for their patients and staff. We are knowledgeable in structured cabling and HIPPA.
 
A lawyer required access to his computer in his office while he was traveling or away.
After a checking of the network security at this office, his desktop computer with Windows 10 Professional was configured to allow him to securely log in from any location with Internet access. This helped him tremendously allowing him to work virtually in his office with the data and software that was available only at his office, without having to remove sensitive files outside of the perimeter of his office.
A major network of community organizations with presence in multiple cities of New Jersey was participating in an enrollment program for preschool children. Not all the participating agencies have Internet access, but they needed to consolidate their information to report their progress.
Two Windows™ programs were developed based on Microsoft Access: One client program allowed the participating agency to track, update and report their enrollments, and export the data produced to a file that was easy to transfer via Internet or USB flash drive. On a central location, a server program allowed the headquarters to import the data and to manage the consolidated reports for the State of New Jersey.
A Non-Profit organization wanted to communicate better with its members by distributing a newsletter to its membership using non-profit rates provided by the United States Postal Services.
In this case, professional advice was provided to register the organization to mail at Nonprofit Standard Mail Rates (form PS 3624), and upon authorization from the United States Postal Service (
USPS), the newsletter was designed aiming for its distribution on the above-mentioned format.
Also, the membership database underwent a throughout review, to assure 100%
Zip Code accuracy, and also to be able to produce mailing labels with barcodes based on the information, that enabled the organization to take advantage of the discounts that come with the previous sorting and classification of the mailing, (Form PS 3602-N).
